A May Day in the Park

In honor of the first anniversary of the investiture of our beloved Baron and Baroness
Freana and Richenda Unser Hafen will be having a celebration of Courtly Love.

We invite you to join with us for a lovely celebration in the park. There will be food with
meat provided by the Barony, and attendees please bring sides and desserts to help fill up the
Feast Table. Bring a dessert and enter the Dessert Competition. There will be games a’plenty,
with dancing and singing. Tournaments both Armored and Rapier will be conducted with
emphasis on the Chivalric Graces. If you plan to fight you must be bearing a favor given to you.
We ask you to bring your pavilions (6” stakes only), banners, feast gear and come
celebrate.

A monetary donation to help offset the cost – There is no site fee.

Noon – Site Opens
12:15 –A brief Opening Court
After opening Court – Feast table is open
Throughout the day – Games, dancing and bardic
In the afternoon – Heavy tournament (with an emphasis on Chivalric Graces)
After the heavy tournament – Rapier tournament (with an emphasis on Chivalric Graces)
4:30 – Closing Court
5:00 – Event ends and cleanup begins
