Colorado State University campuses are smoke, tobacco, and vape free zones. Please plan your day accordingly. CSU's policy can be found at https://tobaccofree.colostate.edu/.
Food
Because the Lory Student Center is a catering facility we are not allowed to bring in outside food to the classrooms or ballrooms. We can demo and assemble food items, but may not sample or imbibe. This includes snack tables; you will be asked to remove them due to health codes.
Gentles are welcome to bring their own food, we just ask that you please eat them in the sitting areas or the food courts downstairs provided for those purposes.
There will be several restaurants open in the food court downstairs. These generally include Subway, Soups and Spoons, and the Ramskeller (CSU's pub that serves locally made libations as well as food). There are also many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive of the event. We will NOT be serving lunch or dinner as part of the event.
Queen's Prize
Kingdom A&S Collegium 2019 is now also hosting Queen's Prize. Any gentle of the Outlands is welcome to enter. Each gentle may enter ONE completed item. Because they day will be filled to the brim with learning, there will not be sponsors or a sponsor gift exchange. From the North: Take your best route to get on I-25 South. Take exit 269B E Mulberry Street. Turn left onto S College Ave. Turn right onto W Laurel St. Turn left onto S Meldrum street. Parking will be to your right. Parking on Saturdays is FREE.
From the South: Take your best route to get on I-25 North. Take exit 268 to E Prospect Road. Turn right on College Ave. Turn Left onto W Laurel St. Turn left onto S Meldrum street. Parking will be to your right. Parking on Saturdays is FREE.
Parking
Parking on Saturdays is FREE. You may park in the Lory Student Center parking lot or in the Morgan Library parking lot. Both lots are close to the event rooms.
